PhenQ Review – I Bought The Supplement And Used it For 30 Days. This is What Happened

phenq review

The cutting period is here, meaning that it's time to cut some excess fat so that the gains that I've been working for finally start to show. For this year, I did plenty of research to find a supplement to support my fat loss and boost my metabolism. I kept on ending up on various PhenQ reviews, so I decided to give it a shot.

And funny enough, I'm ending up writing a Phenq review myself!

So, in this article, I will share what expectations I had with the product, how I used it, what Phenq contains and finally – the results that I ended up with after using PhenQ for 30 days straight. I'm going to be completely unbiased (as always) and give a frank answer to who I believe should try out this incredibly popular weight loss supplement and who should avoid it.

What is PhenQ?

PhenQ is a sophisticated dietary supplement crafted by Wolfson Brands Limited, a trusted and award-winning UK nutrition company. It is made from a blend of natural ingredients containing potent elements such as capsicum, caffeine, and chromium picolinate, which have all been proven to boost the fat-burning process, minimize cravings, and provide more natural energy and focus.

The team behind Wolfson Brands and PhenQ are proud to highlight that the supplement “5 key areas of metabolic health to help shed excess fat, crush cravings, and support natural energy” which is actually true based on the contents. I've also taken the time to speak to the representatives at the company and collected some of the studies backing their statements. I'm attaching them below:

What Happened To My Body in 30 Days While Using PhenQ

As you can probably already tell, this PhenQ review differs from most other reviews as I tested the diet pill myself and tracked the results. I am very cautious with the supplements that I use, although I don't really have any allergies or sensitivities. And just to be straight here, the results may vary depending on many factors. So, just because these are the results I experienced doesn't mean you will get the same results.

So, first and foremost, I managed to lose plenty of excess fat and got way leaner. That being said, I was on a calorie-deficit diet and worked out five times a week during these 30 days. On top of that, ensured to walk at least 12k steps daily. Did PhenQ help me on the way? For sure.

After all, I'm 34 years old and need all the help I can get to boost my metabolism, which leads to higher calorie burn. The ingredients α-Lacys Reset, Capsimax Powder, and Caffeine made a difference here. A big plus here is that the caffeine level is not over the top, as with many other fat burners. PhenQ contains “only” 75 mg of caffeine per pill, which is just as much as an average cup of coffee, while other fat burners might contain up to 190 mg per serving, which can not only mess up your sleep routines but also be dangerous.

What really made the difference with using PhenQ for shredding is the effect of reduced cravings. I love to eat, and I eat a lot—preferably evening snacks. I imagined this to be a big challenge, but PhenQ sort of killed the cravings after the third day. I stuck to the plan of having a smaller bowl of yogurt with frozen berries after dinner, and that was about it. For me, at least, this was a game-changer when trying to cut weight.

To summarize my experience, I lost 9 kilos (20 pounds) and probably around 7% fat in 30 days while using PhenQ with a calorie deficit diet and training routine. I've already ordered another bottle, as I'm not completely done with the shredding just yet, and I will continue using PhenQ for one more month. I won't continue after that as I don't want to continue losing weight after two months of cutting.

You may have seen my Vshred review, where I tested their program for 30 days and was not overly impressed as it became a costly choice over time – PhenQ would be a great alternative to that.

How PhenQ Supports Weight Loss

I've discussed how PhenQ helped me lose excess fat, but as I mentioned earlier, everyone is different, and the results will always vary from one person to another. So, let's have a look at how PhenQ can support different kinds of weight loss journeys and what its ingredients actually do to the body.

  • Supports a better metabolism: The blend of inferences has proven to boost metabolism, which can lead to the body burning more calories and give one more energy.
  • Increase energy: The caffeine (and potential metabolism boost) will naturally increase your daily energy levels, which helps you maintain a more active lifestyle.
  • Prevent new fat production: Capsimax that is one of the ingredients in PhenQ, has the ability to help the body's ability to store excess fat, and in some cases, even stop fat cells from growing
  • Helps to burn fat: My personal favourite, as this is what I looked for in the supplement.
  • Crushes cravings: Helps one eat less and keeps one satiated for longer

I've read in other reviews that users report mood and focus enhancements but I'm not completely convinced. As eating less often leads to mood swings and not the other way around. The caffeine might, however improve the focus but that often happens only in higher doses. I'd suggest you question everything that you read online and stick to reviews where it's clear and obvious that the person reviewing the product has always tested it themselves.

For Who is PhenQ the Ideal Product?

Based on the research that I've conducted myself and all the PhenQ reviews that I've read, the answer is simple: PhenQ is a great product for those who want to lose weight and need a push to get going. As PhenQ is created to boost the fat-burning process and control your appetite, it will be a great companion to have on your side. I'd also recommend it if you're going from bulking to cutting like I did.

But it is not going to do all the work for you, you're gonna have to put down some work, do your cardio and lower your calorie intake for maximized results.

Potential Side Effects And Who Should Avoid

During my first 30 days of using PhenQ, I did not experience any side effects, but that doesn't mean that other users won't.

First of all, if you have any previous record of stomach discomfort related to caffeine – I suggest that you avoid PhenQ, as taking one pill is the equivalent of one cup of coffee. This could lead to potential diarrhea or even nausea. The caffeine content may also lead to an increased heart rate and elevated blood pressure.

Therefore, children, pregnant, breastfeeding and individuals with medical conditions should stay away from using PhenQ.

Is PhenQ Fat Burner Worth it?

Based on my experience, yes PhenQ is worth buying as a fat burner and overall weight loss pill. I bought it myself after some extensive research, tried it, and therefore went ahead and wrote this review, as I was happy with the results. But don't see this as some miracle pill that will make you lose weight just by sitting on the couch doing nothing.

If you include PhenQ in your daily routine, together with a bit of exercise and a proportionally healthy diet, you will for sure see some good results after 14-30 days. Can you do it without it? Yes, you can. I see PhenQ as a great weight-supporting supplement—nothing more and nothing less. It cost me $1.26 daily and helped me lose 20 pounds.

I also think it's quite cool and professional that they have a 60-day money-back guarantee, which is a big pro in my book.

Here is a Doctors PhenQ review that I find very interesting, he is breaking down the supplement with each ingredient and sums up with basically what I said: That it's content supports dieting and weight loss – but won't act as a magic pill in any way.

A Doctor Reviews: PhenQ

How Much Does PhenQ Cost?

Single PurchaseSubscription
1 Bottle: $69.991 Bottle: $59.49
2 Bottles + 1 Free: $139.992 Bottles + 1 Free: $118.99
3 Bottles + 2 Free: $209.993 Bottles + 2 Free: $178.49

Dosage Recommendation

To get the most effect out of PhenQ, simply stick to the recommended dosage at the given time of the day. Meaning one pill half an hour before breakfast and one 30 minutes before lunch. This way, you'll enjoy the energy boost and fat burn effect throughout the whole day and it doesn't affect your sleep. And remember to drink plenty of water.

Pro tip: Try to squeeze in a training session either in the morning or for lunch to optimize the fat-burning process even further.

Summary

I hope that my test and review of PhenQ give you some clarity on the product. I'm not going to say that it works wonders, but it definitely works very well as a weight loss supplement. As I mentioned earlier, I already ordered my second bottle, as I intend to lose a few more kilos before I'm done with my shredding cycle.

I'll update the article once I'm done with the second bottle. I hope it works as well as the first one did. Remember that results always vary depending on the person, but I hope that you'll enjoy the same results that I and hundreds of others did.
